About the Opportunity
A well-established architectural millwork manufacturer is looking to add a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of custom woodworking projects. This position plays a critical role in coordinating people, materials, and timelines while ensuring every project meets high standards for quality, craftsmanship, and client expectations.
This opportunity is well-suited for someone who enjoys balancing technical detail with client communication and takes pride in seeing complex projects through from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Manage architectural millwork projects through all phases, from initial review to final delivery.
Interpret architectural drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy in scope and execution.
Complete material take-offs and manage stock billing aligned with project requirements.
Coordinate purchasing and pricing of materials while maintaining cost awareness.
Support estimating efforts for millwork and related construction trades.
Serve as a point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Track project progress, maintain documentation, and adjust priorities as schedules shift.
Apply working knowledge of woodworking materials, fabrication processes, and industry terminology.
Utilize Microsoft Office and project tracking tools to organize workflow and deadlines.
Consistently represent the company’s commitment to craftsmanship, professionalism, and ethical standards.
Required Background & Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing projects in millwork, woodworking, construction, or a closely related trade.
Strong understanding of material sourcing, pricing, and cost control.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active projects at once.
Design awareness and appreciation for fine craftsmanship preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
