A stable, well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to lead day-to-day packaging operations at its primary facility. This is a hands-on leadership role on the production floor, ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys leading people, running equipment, and keeping operations moving efficiently.

This is not a desk job and not a temporary role. The company is looking for someone they can rely on long term.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and support a team of 5–10 employees on the packaging floor

  • Oversee daily packaging operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency

  • Operate and monitor packaging equipment including scales, baggers, sealers, palletizers, and conveyors

  • Ensure accurate product weights, labeling, and coding

  • Follow daily production and packaging schedules

  • Verify metal detection and HACCP procedures

  • Enforce safety standards and proper equipment operation

  • Partner with production leadership to keep workflow running smoothly

What They’re Looking For:

  • Manufacturing experience (packaging, production, or similar environments)

  • Prior lead, trainer, or supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to lead by example

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced plant environment

  • Forklift experience a plus (or willingness to be trained)

Why This Role:

  • Full-time, stable manufacturing opportunity

  • Starting pay around $20/hour with a raise at 90 days

  • Hands-on leadership role with real responsibility

  • Clear expectations and supportive management

  • Growth potential within production and operations

Work Environment:

  • Manufacturing setting (indoor/outdoor exposure)

  • Standing and walking throughout the shift

  • Concrete floors

If you have manufacturing experience and are anywhere nearby, this is a strong opportunity to step into or continue growing in a supervisory role.
