Position Responsibilities
Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including trials, hearings, and depositions
Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies
Draft, review, and manage pleadings, motions, and discovery
Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses to gather evidence and build strong cases
Advise clients on legal rights, risks, and strategic options throughout the litigation process
Essential Job Functions
Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, rules, and regulations
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and formulate practical legal strategies
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple cases and deadlines
Proficiency with legal research tools and technology
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active California Bar license in good standing
2–5 years of civil litigation experience
Demonstrated history of effective case handling and outcomes
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
