Job Description

I’m hiring a Territory Sales Rep for a PE-backed waste hauling company in Atlanta (commercial + roll-off focus). It’s a true hunter/outside sales role — no office, about 80% in the field (door knocking, relationship building, closing new business).

Territories available:
• Marietta / Mableton / Smyrna
• Buckhead / Downtown / Sandy Springs / Dunwoody
• McDonough / Hampton / Jackson / Griffin

Comp: $55–60K base (DOE) + $1K/month car allowance (net to you) + commission = 1 month of revenue on each new sale
They also offer a gifted commission ramp for the first 90 days.

Must-have: ~1+ year outside B2B sales (comfortable prospecting/cold outreach/knocking doors).
Waste experience: nice to have, not required.
