✔ 3–5+ years of freight brokerage / logistics sales experience
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish)
✔ Cross-border (U.S./Mexico) experience
✔ Book of business preferred
✔ Team-oriented, competitive, and driven to win
What You’ll Get:
Base: $55K – $90K (DOE + book of business)
Uncapped, aggressive commissions
Strong operational support + growth opportunity
