Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Audit Senior to join our assurance team. The Audit Senior will lead engagements, supervise staff, and work directly with clients across various industries to deliver high-quality audit and assurance services. 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a collaborative client-focused environment. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion 

• Supervise and mentor audit staff 

• Prepare and review financial statements and workpapers 

• Evaluate internal controls and identify areas of risk 

• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and firm leadership 

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent service 

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and GAAS standards 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 

• CPA preferred or actively pursuing 

• 5+ years of experience in Public Accounting

• Experience with audits, reviews, and compilations 

• Strong understanding of GAAP and GAAS 

• Experience with Construction, Employee Benefit Plans, Governmental, Hospitality, or Non-profit audits 

• Excellent communication and project management skills 

Preferred Industry Experience 

Nonprofit, Manufacturing, Construction, Healthcare, Governmental, or Employee Benefit Plans (EBP)
