One of Kansas City’s most prominent residential construction company is currently looking to hire an experienced Superintendent with Multi-Family project and structural knowledge. Superintendent's duties include, but are not limited to:

  • On-Site management of daily production activity
  • Assisting in estimating projects
  • Project scheduling
  • Communication with site level management
  • Product Quality control
  • Material procurement
  • Subcontract management
  • Maintain Jobsite Safety
  • Internal and jurisdictional inspections
  • Project duration
  • Ability to read architectural drawings
  • Ability to manage multiple projects

Salary based on experience

Job Type: Full-time
