This is a self-paced role that requires quick thinking, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced, emotionally demanding setting.

🩺 WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• Current Registered Nurse license in South Dakota

• Strong assessment, technical, and documentation skills

• Confidence in managing priorities and responding to emergencies

• A patient-first mindset rooted in restorative care philosophy

• Clear communication skills (verbal + written)

• Basic math skills for safe medication and treatment delivery

• Professionalism, compassion, and teamwork in every interaction

• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and confidentiality

💙 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver accurate, timely patient documentation

• Perform ongoing nursing assessments each shift (including continuous ER monitoring)

• Support care planning and shift coordination

• Safely administer medications and treatments

• Transcribe and implement provider orders accurately

• Keep patients safe through infection control and best practices

• Recognize changes in condition and act quickly

• Guide and support nursing assistants as part of the care team

• Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment

• Uphold ANA standards of nursing practice

• Help ensure staffing needs are met when extra support is needed
