What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and enforce safety policies and best practices across construction sites

  • Lead site inspections, audits, and safety trainings

  • Partner with field teams to ensure OSHA compliance and a strong safety culture

  • Investigate incidents and implement proactive prevention strategies

  • Maintain detailed safety documentation and reporting

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of construction safety management experience

  • BS in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management, or related field

  • CSP certification (preferred)

  • Deep knowledge of OSHA and industry safety standards

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Tech-savvy, with comfort using Microsoft Office and safety-related software

  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
