Commercial Drywall Estimator - Full-Time | Commercial Construction
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Drywall Estimator to join a respected and growing drywall contractor. If you have a passion for construction, a sharp eye for detail, and a proven background in estimating commercial drywall projects, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
What You’ll Do
Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial drywall projects
Review blueprints, specifications, and bid documents to develop takeoffs and proposals
Use estimating software tools such as On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid (required)
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure accurate scope and pricing
Stay up to date with market pricing, material costs, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of commercial drywall estimating experience
Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
