Title: Mid-Level Commercial Real Estate Associate

About the Firm:

We are representing a top-tier, law firm seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate to join their premier commercial real estate practice group. The firm offers the opportunity to take on significant client-facing responsibility while working alongside industry-leading attorneys in a collaborative environment.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of substantive commercial real estate transaction experience. You will work on sophisticated matters, balancing direct client engagement and independent case management with collaborative team projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex commercial real estate transactions, including debt financing, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and development work.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate comprehensive transaction documents.

  • Manage thorough title, survey, and due diligence matters.

  • Assume direct client-facing responsibilities and manage significant individual project components.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated commercial real estate transactional practice.

  • Education & Credentials: Exceptional academic records from a nationally recognized law school; admitted to practice in California

  • Skills: Superior legal drafting skills, robust analytical capabilities, and razor-sharp attention to detail.

  • Attributes: Strong organizational ability, self-motivated to work independently, and a strong collaborative mindset.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary Range: $250,000 – $325,000 annually

  • Note: Final base salary offers depend on candidate experience level, educational background, and relevant industry practice.
