What You’ll Do:
Lead and motivate a dedicated team of 5+ employees in a fast-paced mill environment.
Oversee daily feed production and ensure efficiency, safety, and top-quality output.
Develop and drive Preventative Maintenance and Production goals that keep things running smoothly.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems — your hands-on expertise will shine here.
Work closely with leadership to optimize performance and resource use.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a feed mill, grain elevator, or related ag manufacturing setting.
Strong mechanical or maintenance background — you know how to keep equipment running at its best.
Leadership ability — capable of managing, training, and motivating a team.
A safety-minded, organized, and proactive leader ready to take ownership of results.
