What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and motivate a dedicated team of 5+ employees in a fast-paced mill environment.

  • Oversee daily feed production and ensure efficiency, safety, and top-quality output.

  • Develop and drive Preventative Maintenance and Production goals that keep things running smoothly.

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems — your hands-on expertise will shine here.

  • Work closely with leadership to optimize performance and resource use.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a feed mill, grain elevator, or related ag manufacturing setting.

  • Strong mechanical or maintenance background — you know how to keep equipment running at its best.

  • Leadership ability — capable of managing, training, and motivating a team.

  • A safety-minded, organized, and proactive leader ready to take ownership of results.
