Compensation: $130,000 – $140,000 annually + 401(k), health benefits

This opening comes as the current Director is retiring, creating a rare opportunity for the right professional to step into a high-impact position with a clear path to Partnership in 2–3 years.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage tax engagements for a diverse client base
Oversee compliance, reporting, and tax planning activities
Build and maintain strong client relationships while developing new business opportunities
Provide leadership and mentorship to staff within the tax division
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth and firm strategy
What We’re Looking For
CPA required
Proven experience as a Sr. Tax Manager (public accounting background preferred)
Strong technical tax knowledge and client advisory skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build clientele and grow business
Ambition to move into a Partner role within 2–3 years
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $130,000 – $140,000 (depending on experience)
