Milwaukee, WI | Full-Time | $85,000 – $110,000 annually
Our client, a highly regarded architectural firm with a reputation for design excellence, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead luxury residential projects in the Milwaukee area. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about creating custom, high-end homes.
Responsibilities
Manage all phases of high-end residential architecture projects from concept through completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design integrity and project success.
Oversee schedules, budgets, and deliverables with precision.
Lead and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Uphold the firm’s standard of excellence in design, detail, and client service.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional architectural experience with a focus on high-end residential projects.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (licensure preferred but not required).
Strong project management skills with proven ability to deliver complex custom homes.
Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
