Help Wanted: Traveling Construction Superintendent

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on interior construction projects nationwide
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality standards
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Act as the on-site leader and primary point of contact for clients and project managers

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on interior projects (retail, grocery, office, or similar) 5+ years experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to travel extensively and adapt quickly to different project environments
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
