Director of Construction Responsibilities:

  • • Direct the overall planning and development of new project activities and the activities of all current projects.
  • • Manage the budgets of all projects.
  • • Oversee all PM’s and their projects.
  • • Advise the client and other project team members concerning base building and internal project management. Evaluate and critique the progress of design development, budget, and schedule.
  • • Assist in Developing conceptual estimates utilizing market data.
  • • Determine quantities of materials during early stages of the design.
  • • Develop scopes of work for all project related trades.

Director of Construction Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a Related Degree.
  • 10+ years of construction management experience in Commercial Construction and Industrial construction, focusing on leadership roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Marks Systems.
  • Strong analytical and Problem-Solving abilities.
