Our well-established company in the Land Development and Civil Engineering industry is looking for you! This amazing opportunity not only offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, but also provides up to a 25% in Bonuses, 401k match, 4 weeks of PTO, and the chance to work on a variety of projects.
As a Land Development PE, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Preparing Site/Grading/Utility Plans, Construction Details, and Conceptual Layout plans
- Designing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans
- Obtaining agency approvals
- Managing project budgets and workload
- Collaborating with different teams and agencies
- Making decisions based on multiple viewpoints
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with demonstrated success in a professional consulting environment.
- Strong Land Development Design experience including preparation of Site/Grading/Utility Plans, Construction Details, and Conceptual Layout plans.
- Stormwater Design experience including preparation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans.
- Experience obtaining agency approvals.
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to effectively manage project budgets and workload by delegating to junior staff.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidate should possess the ability to interact effectively with clients, project teams, colleagues, and outside agencies. Ability to collaborate efficiently with teammates in different disciplines and in different locations.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to make decisions by weighing different factors from multiple points of view.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is encouraged.
