We are passionate advocates for individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others, and we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trial Attorney to join our talented team. If you are a driven litigator with a proven track record of success in personal injury and a desire to fight for justice, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Independently manage and aggressively litigate a diverse caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases from inception through trial and appeal, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, slip and falls, wrongful death, and more.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, gather and analyze evidence, and develop winning legal strategies.
  • Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
  • Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense counsel.
  • Prepare cases for trial, including developing trial strategy, preparing witnesses, and drafting trial briefs and motions in limine.
  • First-chair jury trials to verdict, demonstrating exceptional courtroom presence and advocacy skills.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and empathetic support.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant California personal injury law and legal precedents.
  • Collaborate effectively with our dedicated team of paralegals and support staff.

What You'll Bring:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience exclusively handling plaintiff personal injury cases.  
  • Demonstrable track record of successful jury trial verdicts in personal injury matters. Please highlight specific trial experience and outcomes in your application.
  • Exceptional litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
  • Strong legal research and writing abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively.
  • A genuine passion for helping injured individuals and achieving justice on their behalf.
  • Proficiency in legal case management software is a plus.
