Job Description

Controller needed to take ownership of financial operations and provide clear, accurate insight into the business. This role will work closely with leadership and play a key part in managing reporting, controls, and overall financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, payroll, job costing)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Maintain and improve internal controls and financial processes
• Track project/job costs and profitability
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with regulations
• Partner with leadership to support business decisions with financial data

Qualifications:

• Controller or senior accounting experience
• Background in manufacturing or construction/steel erection required
• Strong knowledge of job costing and cost accounting
• Experience with financial reporting and ERP systems
• Ability to operate independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
