Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Litigation Counsel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various areas of law, including general liability, insurance coverage, insurance fraud, insurance bad faith, product liability, maritime, employment law, liquor liability, professional liability, subrogation, and trucking litigation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse and challenging cases in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and litigate cases involving general liability, insurance coverage disputes, insurance fraud, insurance bad faith, product liability, maritime issues, employment law, liquor liability, professional liability, subrogation, and trucking litigation.
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and develop litigation strategies.
- Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and negotiations.
- Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their rights and obligations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and ensure effective representation.
- Negotiate billing arrangements and assess case-related expenses.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on the specified areas of law.
- Excellent legal writing and research skills.
- Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
