Bookkeeper – Custom Home Builder

A well-established custom home builder is seeking a Bookkeeper with 5+ years of experience to support their growing team. This is a great opportunity to join a company known for quality craftsmanship and a strong reputation in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (required)
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Track job costs and assist with budgeting for multiple projects
• Process invoices, draws, and vendor payments
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Work closely with ownership and CPA for month-end/year-end

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience (construction experience needed)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required
• Strong understanding of job costing and construction accounting
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
