A top restoration company is looking for a Project Manager. They need someone who is skilled with running both residential and commercial losses. They will handle reconstruction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a reconstruction and Restoration background. Must have experience in Xactimate.
Core Responsibilities
• Manage commercial reconstruction projects from initial handoff through completion.
• Oversee water, fire, mold, and catastrophic commercial rebuild projects.
• Interpret mitigation scopes and convert them into executable reconstruction plans.
• Review and validate insurance-based estimates (Xactimate preferred).
• Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors and procurement.
• Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for commercial clients and insurance stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, IICRC, and NJ building codes.
• Track job costs, margins, and billing approvals.
• Utilize DASH (NetGear Solutions) for job tracking and documentation.
