Superintendent - Commercial Construction
Now hiring an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on a wide range of projects throughout the Milwaukee area. Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking to closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics
Ensure work meets safety standards, quality expectations, and project timelines
Serve as the primary onsite leader and liaison between the field and office teams
Lead and support field personnel, promoting a productive and safe jobsite
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction with ground-up projects
Strong background in scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and field supervision
Knowledge of local building codes, OSHA regulations, and construction best practices
Strong communication and leadership abilities
