Superintendent – Multifamily Construction

Atlanta, GA (local projects only)

A leading Atlanta area commercial general contractor is looking to bring on a Superintendent to lead multifamily projects in the field. This role is focused on execution—keeping the job organized, on schedule, and moving the right way from start through closeout.

All work is local to the Atlanta market. No travel.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily projects
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to keep work progressing on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Work closely with the Project Manager to stay ahead of schedule and budget impacts
• Run weekly meetings, track progress, and keep communication tight across the team
• Ensure quality control and hold subs accountable to plans and specs
• Drive projects through punch and closeout without things dragging
