Job Description

We are partnered up with a firm that is adding an Experienced Labor and Employment Attorney with PAGA and at least 1st or 2nd chair Trial experience. Our client is looking for someone who is eager for jury trials and wants to expand in this area, not just go to court and settle. This is a defense firm with 1800 billable hour requirement. The firm has multiple offices in CA (10 total) and can be local to one of the offices or remote. There is great tenure within the firm and has been established for close to 20 years.

Requirements-

  • 7+ years Employment Litigation Experience, PAGA

  • Coming from a defense background

  • Jury trial experience preferred

  • JD from ABA Law School

  • Member of CA Bar and in good standing

  • Superior research, writing, analytical and negotiation skills
