SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE – BUILDING MATERIALS
A respected, community-focused building supply company is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive with deep experience in building materials to lead strategic sales efforts across multiple markets. This executive role will be responsible for shaping a high-performance sales culture rooted in honesty, employee empowerment, and long-term customer partnerships. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Lead, coach, and develop sales leaders and teams across the organization
• Create and execute sales strategies that align with company values and financial goals
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
• Expand market share while fostering strong, honest relationships with customers and suppliers
• Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term growth planning
• Support a culture of safety, equity, and team involvement throughout the organization
