What You’ll Do:
Lead, manage, and support a team of 4 field service technicians
Coordinate daily work schedules, service calls, and ensure timely responses to customer needs
Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism across the team
Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, and the corporate team
Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and quality control
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing or leading a service team
Background in agriculture, mechanical service, or equipment repair is preferred
Strong organizational skills, especially during high-volume seasons
Ability to lead from the front and build rapport with technicians and customers alike
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a team-first attitude
