The Opportunity
You’ll take on meaningful, challenging work — managing your own cases while benefiting from mentorship and cross-collaboration with seasoned litigators. The right candidate thrives on strategy, client connection, and seeing their advocacy make a real impact in people’s lives.
What You’ll Do:
• Handle a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, property division, and modifications
• Lead client meetings, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and prepare cases for mediation and trial
• Appear regularly in court and mediation settings with direct client contact and autonomy
• Work closely with partners on high-value or complex cases while developing your own practice
• Contribute to a team culture that prizes professionalism, empathy, and excellence
About You
• 3–6 years of family law experience, ideally with active courtroom exposure
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
• Exceptional communicator and trusted advisor, both in and out of court
• Comfortable handling a busy caseload while maintaining a high level of service
• Ambitious and team-oriented — someone who wants to grow within a respected boutique environment
