Tax Senior/Tax Manager – North Central Indiana

A well-established, family-owned public accounting firm with over 60 years of trusted client service is seeking an experienced Tax Senior or Tax Manager to join their team in North Central Indiana.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of tax experience within a public accounting firm
• Experience signing and reviewing tax returns
• Direct client interaction and relationship management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis

Preferred

• Active CPA license
  
  

Skills & Expertise

• Strong proficiency across multiple return types: 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1041, 709, and 990
• Experience with accounting and financial statement preparation
• Comfortable working with diverse industries and client types
• Technical proficiency with Thomson Reuters software (preferred)
• Client-focused mindset with hands-on approach to service delivery
  
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $80,000–$115,000 (commensurate with experience)
