The firm is looking for an attorney with 4+ years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to healthcare-related matters. Familiarity with the Indiana Medical Malpractice Act is preferred but not required. This role involves a mix of healthcare litigation, professional liability, and compliance work, offering meaningful client engagement and hands-on responsibility.
Handle healthcare and civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
Conduct legal research and deliver clear, persuasive written work
Prepare and argue motions; draft pleadings, discovery, and appellate briefs
Appear in court, attend depositions, and meet with clients throughout Indiana
Maintain strong, responsive client relationships
Collaborate with colleagues on firm initiatives, presentations, and business development
Stay informed on evolving healthcare regulations and industry developments
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active bar admission (Indiana preferred)
4+ years of litigation or civil litigation experience
Experience with the Indiana Medical Malpractice Act is a plus
Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills
