✅ Oversee daily operations for commercial sheet metal roofing projects from planning through completion
✅ Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet deadlines
✅ Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications, building codes, and safety standards
✅ Conduct on-site inspections and resolve any installation challenges in real time
✅ Communicate with project managers, estimators, and clients to ensure smooth workflow
✅ Maintain accurate project records and job site documentation
Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Sheet Metal Superintendent or similar supervisory role in commercial roofing
In-depth knowledge of sheet metal roofing fabrication, installation, and detailing
Strong understanding of low slope, steep slope, and custom metal roof systems
Familiarity with safety regulations, OSHA compliance, and quality control procedures
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
