No product sales or quotas
100% unbiased crop consulting
Focus on plant nutrition, irrigation strategy, and pest management
Work primarily with permanent crops like almonds, pistachios, and walnuts
Strong client base already in place
Small, tight-knit team with growth opportunities
$75,000–$100,000 base salary
30% commission on acres serviced
Incentives based on service—not products sold
We’re looking for individuals with:
Agronomy or crop consulting experience
PCA license (preferred but not required)
A desire to work closely with growers and provide honest, effective solutions
