What You’ll Do:
Own and grow a $2M+ portfolio of temperature-sensitive LTL freight customers nationwide.
Prospect and close new business through cold calls, warm leads, and referrals.
Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and manage full-cycle client relationships.
Partner with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay ahead of cold chain trends and freight market changes.
Travel 10–15% to build and maintain relationships.
What You Bring:
3+ years of proven sales experience in cold chain freight (non-negotiable).
Verifiable book of business worth a minimum of $3M in revenue annually.
Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred).
