What You’ll Do:

As a Structural Project Engineer, you'll manage projects from initial design through construction. You’ll lead structural planning, calculations, client communication, and documentation across a variety of project types. You’ll guide junior staff, collaborate with architects and consultants, and take ownership of project success—technically, financially, and creatively.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (required)

  • PE License (required)

  • 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, including full document coordination

  • Experience managing medium to large-scale projects through all design phases

  • Strong technical background and the confidence to make critical decisions

  • Clear communication and collaboration skills—you enjoy working with a team
