Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to oversee all phases of our commercial drywall projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage drywall projects from bid award to closeout

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract administration

  • Coordinate with field superintendents, clients, and general contractor partners to ensure smooth execution

  • Track job costs, process change orders, and ensure profitability

  • Monitor quality and safety standards throughout each project

  • Lead regular progress meetings and provide clear project updates to stakeholders


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience in commercial drywall or interior systems construction

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, reading blueprints, and drywall scopes

  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field a plus
