Role Overview

As the Director of Nursing, you’ll provide both strategic direction and hands-on leadership across all clinical operations. You’ll drive nursing excellence by developing effective policies, mentoring your team, and ensuring every patient receives care that meets the highest standards of quality and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily nursing department operations with efficiency and empathy.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine nursing policies and protocols.

  • Ensure full compliance with state, federal, and clinical best-practice standards.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor nursing professionals to achieve excellence in care.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes staff engagement.

  • Act as a clinical leader and trusted resource for problem-solving and decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications

  •  Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
  • Proven leadership experience as a Director of Nursing or equivalent management role.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of nursing standards, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.

  • Demonstrated success in team building and operational leadership within healthcare settings.
