What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience representing clients in employment law matters, on either the plaintiff or defense side, or ideally, both.
• Expertise: A strong understanding of state and federal employment laws and regulations (e.g., FEHA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, PAGA, wage and hour).
• Skills: Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.
• Client Focus: A commitment to providing exceptional legal service and building strong client relationships.
• Bar Membership: Active and in good standing with the California Bar.
