🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate construction budgets by studying home plans and updating specifications
Identify and project construction costs
Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and vendors; negotiate pricing
Perform scope, quantity, and unit cost reconciliations
Collaborate with project management to develop and maintain project budgets
Draft and manage construction contracts, oversee bidding, and secure necessary permits
Monitor construction quality and ensure it aligns with company standards and industry practices
Conduct regular project reviews to ensure estimates stay within budget
✅ Requirements:
5+ years of experience in residential construction estimating
Proven expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and project scoping
Strong communication and negotiation skills
