A well-established, full-service law firm in Bethesda is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its respected Domestic practice group. What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute case strategy, both independently and with co-counsel
Handle pleadings, motions, depositions, and hearings
Lead discovery, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
Attend mediations, trials, and client conferences
Participate in business development and networking initiatives
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of experience in family law litigation
Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage clients and complex cases
Maryland and D.C. bar admission required
