Personal Injury Attorney

A growing plaintiff-side practice is looking to add a Personal Injury Attorney who wants more than a volume-driven environment. This is a role for someone who values case ownership, thoughtful litigation strategy, and being trusted to drive outcomes—not just manage files.

• Real litigation exposure—cases are prepared for trial, not just quick resolution

Responsibilities:
• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution or trial
• Conduct case strategy, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Negotiate with carriers while preparing cases as if they will be tried
• Maintain strong client communication and guide expectations throughout the process
• Collaborate on case valuation and litigation strategy

Background:
• Licensed in Colorado (required)
• 2+ years of personal injury or civil litigation experience
• Comfortable managing cases with a high degree of independence
• Trial experience or strong desire to develop trial skills
• Able to balance client service with litigation discipline

This is a strong fit for an attorney who has learned the volume model and is ready for a more intentional, quality-driven practice—or someone already operating at a high level who wants more autonomy and upside.
