Qualifications/Duties:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 10 years of experience
• PE
• Supervise technical field inspections 
• Oversee complex bridges and related structures
• Operate bridge inspection access equipment
• Document inspection findings accurately
• Evaluate bridge defects and prepare detailed reports 
• Knowledge of state DOT Procedures and Policies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
