Job Description

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of home construction operations for multiple homes
  • Management of daily operations of construction projects
  • 60% office 40% field
  • Local and State Building Codes/ Stormwater Management
  • Follow and implement safety procedures
  • Architectural and Civil blueprints
  • Communicate progress with clients and project managers
  • Manage subcontractors and organization of the project
  • Understand the responsibilities of Subs to ensure deadlines are met
  • Framing and Architectural walks
  • Maintain a daily log of all activities and site conditions
  • Coordinate with all professionals involved and more

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Updated Resume/ Project List
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management is preferred
  • Long Tenured Professionals with 5+ years of single-family and/or multi-family construction-related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, Procore, and scheduling software
