Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Select the tools necessary for projects and track their inventory
  • Monitor employee conduct and complete employee logs on a daily basis
  • Remain diligent with all safety and building regulations
  • Conduct an in-depth analysis of projects to create budgets and deliverables
  • Manage and mitigate risk factors to ensure smooth completion of projects
  • Collaborate with others to establish requirements for construction
  • Communicate with local authorities to obtain licenses and permits
  • Prepare complete reports on projects

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Commercial construction project experience 10MM+
  • Track record delivering projects on-time and on budget
  • Knowledge of sub-trades and ability to manage crews
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred
