What You’ll Bring
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school (required)
Active dental license in New Jersey or willingness to obtain
Multiple years of clinical experience, including leadership or management responsibilities
A passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing clinical teams
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
What You’ll Do
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the practice
Mentor and support associate dentists and clinical staff
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Partner with operational leadership to drive performance and patient outcomes
Act as a clinical ambassador for the organization and its mission
Compensation & Perks
$250K–$350K base salary, based on experience and leadership background
