Job Description

Seeking a Project / CAD Engineer to support the design and execution of custom machinery and material-handling solutions. This role fits someone who takes ownership, thinks mechanically, and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design machines, fixtures, and mechanical systems from concept through release

• Create, constrain, and maintain 3D CAD models and detailed drawings

• Apply structural and strength-of-materials principles to meet design standards

• Select mechanical and pneumatic components for new designs

• Build and maintain accurate BOMs and technical documentation

• Research existing solutions and develop improved design approaches

• Communicate with internal teams and customers while managing multiple projects

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in machine, fixture, or structural design

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of structural fundamentals

• Proficiency in 3D parametric modeling (SolidWorks preferred)

• Experience creating fabrication and machining drawings

• Exposure to pneumatics and PLC-related components is a plus

• Able to work independently and within a team environment
