HVAC/Plumbing Superintendent
gpac is partnering with an established and reputable mechanical contractor in the Washington, DC area to find an experienced HVAC/Plumbing Superintendent or Foreman. This company is known for its commitment to quality and its strong presence in both residential and light commercial markets.
We’re looking for a field leader who can oversee daily operations, manage crews, and help deliver high-performing projects on time and within scope. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership role and is passionate about driving results and team success. Experience growing the residential side of the business is a strong plus.
We are seeking a driven Superintendent or Foreman to lead field activities for HVAC and plumbing projects in the Washington, DC area. This position offers the chance to work with a highly reputable and established contractor committed to delivering excellence across residential and light commercial projects. You will be responsible for supervising crews, ensuring safe jobsite practices, managing field productivity, and communicating effectively with internal project teams and clients. If you have experience helping to grow the residential side of the business, that is a strong plus.
5+ years of field leadership experience (Foreman or Superintendent level)
Active Journeyman Plumbing License or maters is a strong plus, but not required
Experience in residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing installation/service
Ability to manage multiple projects and crews
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
