What You’ll Bring

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school (required)

  • Active dental license in New Jersey or willingness to obtain

  • Multiple years of clinical experience, including leadership or management responsibilities

  • A passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing clinical teams

  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the practice

  • Mentor and support associate dentists and clinical staff

  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Partner with operational leadership to drive performance and patient outcomes

  • Act as a clinical ambassador for the organization and its mission

Compensation & Perks

  • $250K–$350K base salary, based on experience and leadership background
