Job Title: Field Service Technician – Industrial Cranes & Hoists
Location: Kissimmee, FL (95% travel, based near Orlando)
Compensation: $30–40/hr depending on experience + full benefits + company vehicle, tools, and expenses

What You’ll Be Doing:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair overhead crane systems and hoists at customer sites
Diagnose electrical issues using schematics and test equipment
Perform mechanical repairs on motors, gearboxes, and structural components
Work independently and travel across the Southeast region (some national work possible)
Deliver top-tier customer service and clear communication onsite
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience working on overhead cranes, hoists, or industrial lifting systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics (3-phase power systems)
Solid troubleshooting skills (electrical and mechanical)
Not afraid of heights – work is often done at elevation
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Nice to Have:
Military experience (especially in a technical/mechanical field)
NCCCO or other crane certifications
