Job Description

Sales Manager / Business Development – Precast Concrete

Seeking a driven sales professional with a strong precast concrete background and a true hunter mentality to grow new business and expand market presence.

What This Role Does

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new precast concrete business

  • Develop relationships with contractors, engineers, developers, and owners

  • Drive sales from first contact through contract award

  • Stay active in the market, uncovering opportunities before they hit the street

  • Work closely with estimating, engineering, and production teams to win work

  • Track pipeline activity and consistently hit or exceed sales targets

What They’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in precast concrete - experience in this industry is a must to be considered

  • Proven hunter mindset with a track record of winning new accounts

  • Strong understanding of precast products, applications, and project cycles

  • Ability to build relationships quickly and sell at a technical level

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently

  • Strong communication and follow-through
