They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in the preparation and management of personal injury cases. You will be responsible for handling various tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of our legal practice. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in helping the team achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests
- Review and summarize medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents
- Conduct legal research and gather information to support case strategies
- Draft correspondence to clients, witnesses, and other parties
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are up to date and properly filed
- Communicate with clients regarding case status and gather necessary information
- Assist in trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and trial binders
- Manage deadlines and ensure timely filing of documents

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on personal injury law preferred
- Proficient in legal research and writing
- Strong understanding of personal injury legal procedures and terminology
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
